SHIPPING

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?

Typical delivery time frame is 3 to 5 business days from production. However, you may receive your items earlier or later than this estimate. All orders are made on demand, which means it takes on average 3-5 days for the order to be made. All orders in the USA are shipped with a tracking number so that you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays or during holidays and special occasions.

THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER IS WRONG!
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please email support@bridgeapparelco.com as soon as possible. If your package has not shipped, we will correct the address. If the package has shipped, we are unable to change the address.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationally. At this time, we only ship to those within the United States.

RETURNS

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from receiving your purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. Bridge Apparel Co reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please click here Return

EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, personalized items, and wholesale orders. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on clearance items or limited time items.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to do a return for the item you purchased, and once the return is accepted and the refund is issued, make a separate purchase for the new item.

REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your item(s) whether your return was accepted or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded via your original payment method and notified via email that the return was approved and refund issued. If not approved, we will contact you via email and inform you of why your item was not refunded. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Machine wash inside-out with cold water and tumble dry on low heat. For best results use mild detergent and avoid the use of fabric softener and dryer sheets.
