SHIPPING
Typical delivery time frame is 3 to 5 business days from production. However, you may receive your items earlier or later than this estimate. All orders in the USA are shipped with a tracking number so that you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control, such as customs or postal delays or during holidays and special occasions.
THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON MY ORDER IS WRONG!
If you have provided an incorrect shipping address, please email support@bridgeapparelco.com as soon as possible. If your package has not shipped, we will correct the address. If the package has shipped, we are unable to change the address.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not ship internationally. At this time, we only ship to those within the United States.
RETURNS
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from receiving your purchase. Returns must be in new condition, in the state you received them. Bridge Apparel Co reserves the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as special orders, personalized items, and wholesale orders. Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item(s).
